Personalised Bridal Jacket Shipping Information

The embroidery will be sent to you as proof prior to the jacket proceeding with personalisation! Shipping takes 10-14 business days (taking into consideration Australia Post delays due to Covid.

Once the proof has been approved, there will be no refunds or exchange.

General Shipping Information (all other items)

We ship all items within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Depending on where in Australia your order is being sent, deliveries on average take between 2-5 business days to be delivered. If you have any issues with your order please get in touch.
